Natural indigo takes time. The color builds through repeated dipping — each pass a little deeper than the last. The circular pattern at the center is formed by gathering and binding the fabric before it goes into the dye. When it’s untied, the pattern is there.

- Origin: Hand-dyed by artisans in Hội An, Vietnam

Because the binding is done by hand, each piece comes out a little different — slightly different tone, slightly different edge. That’s just how it works.
